Our advance quality planning begins with the preparation of the quotation and is developed further in close cooperation with our customers if an order is placed. We define the requirements and processes together in a project meeting.
Initial sampling and test procedure
- Initial sample test report (EMPB): Creation through precise optical and tactile measurement of components.
- Industrial computed tomography (CT): For detailed, three-dimensional measurements.
- Reverse Engineering: For 3D-accurate end products and avoidance of interpretation errors during tool correction.
- Burst pressure tests: Ensuring the resilience and safety of your plastic parts.
- Documentation in accordance with the production release procedure (PPAP): Comprehensive documentation for smooth release processes.
- IMDS entry: Material data maintenance in the International Material Data System.
- Individual product specification: adaptation to specific customer requirements.
- Proof of material conformity: In accordance with regulations such as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), halogen-free and without red phosphorus.
Tests during series production
Our computer-aided quality management systems (CAQ) enable precise, series-accompanying tests. On request, you can receive these test reports certified together with your deliveries.
